This Beautifully remodeled home has been redone from top to bottom. Custom open floor plan, expanded kitchen with slab granite installed throughout home. Full size breakfast bar to entertain guests. Big Breakfast nook with bay window. Lovely country white cabinets with pull out shelving gives lots of convenient storage options. Fully redone master bath with dual sinks, walk in shower, complete with bench seat. Huge laundry & enclosed Arizona patio room, a romantic fire place makes this a cozy entertainment room . Wood look tile floor gives you that modern feel. The new kitchen with dinette area is equipped with everything you could want in your own kitchen... Electric Stove/Oven, Toaster, Dishwasher, Microwave, Refrigerator, Blender, Coffee Maker, Pots & Pans, Nice Dishes & Glassware, Plenty of Bake ware and spice selection for your cooking pleasure! New Washer & Dryer are located inside the house in the laundry area. Formal Dining Room and Living room for your entertainment pleasure, which open to the Arizona room. Arizona Room leads to a large backyard with several citrus trees for picking. There is also a barbecue grill for your cooking pleasure. Home is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need for a short-term visit or long-term stay. All utilities are paid by owner which includes TV and free WI-FI. Three Flat Screen TV's not pictured. One in fireplace room and one in each bedroom.
The perfect vacation destination for short-term Spring Training visitors or escape the cold and come to the Arizona sun for several months. Within 6 miles there are 7 community golf courses, 7 recreational centers, bike/walking trails, Arrowhead Mall, Challenger Space Center, West Valley Art Museum, Wildlife World Zoo, and numerous grocery and shopping areas. And for the avid sports enthusiast you can enjoy the Arizona Cardinals (NFL) and Coyotes (NHL) and several spring baseball training camps including the Kansas City Royals, Texas Rangers, San Diego Padres, Seattle Mariners, Chicago White Sox, and the Los Angeles Dodgers to name a few.
